Shipping policy

Like I have personally curated a range of products I know you'll love, I've also spent time getting the best possible shipping options for my clients. No one likes waiting for their new purchase, so I've prioritised express services, at a very reasonable cost.

 DOMESTIC / UAE ORDERS
  • Standard UAE Delivery (1-2 Days) - This service is provided by a quality courier service across the UAE. 
 FREE
  • Same-Day Delivery (DUBAI ONLY) - This unique service allows me to send your order to your Dubai location with a Careem Delivery courier - this is the fastest possible delivery service in Dubai.
 50AED per order
  • Pickup - Sometimes clients just prefer to meet and collect their order from Dubai Sports City - this is another unique option, allowing you to check your order before taking it away or buying a surprise gift for someone else at your residence.
 FREE
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • Worldwide Express (DHL Network) - This service takes approximately 7-9 days with full insurance/tracking.

Import Taxes for International Orders

Please note that each county has different rules regarding how VAT/Import Taxes are handled, if you're placing an international order, please know that you may be asked to pay the import duties or VAT taxes to the shipping company or customs before the items can be delivered to your door.

I have no control over this element, the added taxes are usually between 10-25% of the order value and if you're not sure what the rate for your country is, please check before ordering. Failing to pay import taxes in your country may result in the order being confiscated and so might not be eligible for a return/refund. By placing an order with international shipping you are agreeing to pay any import duties added by your country's customs at the point of delivery. I have specifically chosen a DHL-Networked shipping company as they will not charge high processing fees in addition to any taxes due.

I do not charge any additional taxes at the point of sale, SVK Watches is a start-up business and is exempt from the usual 5% VAT paid at most outlets in the UAE.
